The expertise of project management

An organization need to do projects because they have to, for the fact to survive and be the top over other competitors. If they don’t comply, they may just have to shut down the company. Organizations have to change to stay alive and so they do projects to change the things they decide they want to change. In this scenario, delivery of the project on time, on budget and with the planned quality becomes the undeniable priority. Projects only exist because of the business. In order to deliver successful projects, you don’t have to be satisfied with the business, but you do have to understand the business you’re working in, and manage it effectively. This makes project management the most important element of a successful organization.

How we do it

Conception & Kick Off
The bulb blinks with a new idea? This idea for the project will be carefully examined by us to determine whether or not it would benefit the organization. During this phase, our team will identify if the project can practically be completed.

Planning
Project scope would be put in writing, highlighting the task to be performed. During this phase, our team would prioritize the project, calculate a budget and schedule, and determine the resources needed.

Execution & Monitoring
Tasks will be assigned to our team with tracked deadlines and monitored on a regular basis. The progress of the project will be informed to the customers periodically. To guarantee the delivery of what was promised, our team will monitor tasks to prevent scope creep, calculate key performance indicators and track variations from agreed cost and time. This constant vigilance will help keeping the project moving ahead smoothly.

Closure
After project tasks are completed and the client has approved the outcome, we will deliver the finished project to the customer. Finally our team will evaluate and document the project.
